Shipping & Return Policy
Order Processing
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2 PM CT or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Times
Domestic shipping within the United States typically takes 2–5 business days depending on destination. All shipments are sent discreetly with tracking provided by email once your order leaves our facility.
International Shipping
At this time FH Supplements ships within the United States only. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that ordered compounds comply with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order ID. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Returns
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final once an order has been processed and shipped. Returns are not accepted except in cases of damaged or incorrect items as described above.
